Research On Business Process Modeling Technology Of Power Grid Enterprise Based-on ARIS

Business process reengineering during ERP implementation process of Power Grid Enterprises become the key of the successful implementation and ongoing application of ERP. In this paper, on the basis of the study of business process models'architecture of Power Grid Enterprises based-on ARIS, proposes of using the top-down analysis of needs and bottom-up approach to building business models, this method can fully integrate with existing systems to achieve a phased, step by step, and continuous business process improvement. Designed a business process modeling architecture of Power Grid Enterprises based-on ARIS, this structure contains three stages of implementation details including the definition of requirements, the researches of business and the descriptions of designs. Apply this method to the actual business processes of Power Grid Enterprises as an example of enterprise business process modeling's whole process of simulation and verification.
