The Research Of Process Improvement Control Based On ARIS In The Construction Of Enterprise System

In the current information age, the market competition is increasingly fierce, thecustomer demand is constantly changing, technological innovation is rapidly developing,enterprises face the changing internal and external environment, in order to maintaintheir competitiveness, they must attach great importance to the construction ofenterprise information. Regardless of when and how the enterprise choose to carry outthe construction of enterprise information, An important topic Business ProcessModeling and Business Process Improvement that can not be separated. To be sure,business process modeling and improvement of enterprises themselves will directlydetermine the success or failure of information construction of the enterprises.In this paper, the project of the enterprise information construction of ShenyangElevator factory is taken as the background, the status of invoicing business of theenterprise is researched and evaluated. Then, using today’s advanced ARIS modeling,from the four levels of business goals, business structure, business functions andbusiness processes, the model of enterprise status is described from top to down, in theenvironment of information construction, combined with the needs of businessdevelopment, through the analysis, program of the process optimization is proposed andthe future model of business invoicing is designed. Finally, the method of processalgebra is applied to description of business processes, the evaluation indicators and themethod of optimization design of the quantitative process analysis is proposed.In this paper,the theory of process algebra is used, the status of invoicing businessprocess of the Shenyang elevator factory is described in the form of process algebra,and process analysis,evaluation and index calculation is carried out. Then, in theenvironment of enterprise information,the status of process is reconstituted. And thebusiness process is represented in the form of process algebra, then the same calculationis conducted again. Finally, the effect of before and after the reorganization of businessprocesses is analyzed, proving that the process optimization is feasible and effective.
