The Research And Practice Of The Third Party's Platform For A GPS Business Support And Management System

The purpose of this research project is to provide telecommunication enterprise a solution of business operation system, and to solve our keen requirement of the whole industry and my employer,Chinasatcom.as well. Taking "The research and practice of the third party's platform for a GPS business support and management system " as my direction. The application level of GPS is improving ,while operation and management instrument of billing, service and task operation is still lacking,therefore,this thesis will bring forward the solution that without the premise of changing the original GPS core system while the third party can develop BOSS independently by means of its existing data import and export interface. Both the GPS industry and Chinasatcom,who is a large stateowned GPS Operator, need to build a BOSS to support the business operation of a large scale of clients.The concept of the research is not trying to change the basic process of currently GPS/GSM platform,but to develop the "Business accpeting and task management sub-system", Account management subsystem", "Customer's service and responding sub- system" indepently. Meanwhile, the old GPS system will be subsistent to be a foundation a because it is good at position orientation and redeploy.The way of the research is not to get the resource programe of the GPS system or make an anti-compiler, but to make use of its existing data I/O interface or visit and interfere its internal data with the independent third -party's development. Beyond that, sharing its data and communicating with its internal command will conduce the satisfaction of our requirement with the new indepent BOSS. Relying on the progress of the actual research item, this thesis clearly analyzed the technique characteristic and the proceeding of the GPS system, then,after study the communication interface of the GPS system I discovered the data resource that can be directly uesd by the new BOSS. This made a simple and practical method for the third party to developing a BOSS which is baseed on the existing GPS system. Then it combined theories analysis and project experience together to make a mold and summary. The writer was trying to obtain practical values and find a theories model that the third-party carry out the 2nd development of a closing IT system independently. In the meantime, the writer of this chesis deeply studied some relevant key technology of GPS system,such as the method transfer vector map to be readable planar table so as to provide data resource to business application, or the way responding the customer's need automatically.
