Design And Implementation On The Business And Operation Support System Of Mobile Phone Oriented Shanghai Unicom

With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry, the traditional way of telecom operation and marketing model have been unable to meet the market development and customer demand, but also reduces the operator’s own economic benefits. Considering current mobile Internet industry booming as the background, Shanghai Unicom introduces the traditional business and operation support system into Android intelligent mobile phone platform, using the convenience of intelligent mobile phone terminal, successfully implements sales channel transformation plan.This thesis completely describes how to develop a client system which possesses beautiful and friendly user interface, stable and robust communication interface, clear and efficient business processes on the Android mobile phone platform based on the requirements of telecommunication business, and then gives a detailed analysis of the design ideas and implementation of the client system. The system has strong application and commercial value, also has great reference significance for the design of C/S architecture of mobile Internet phone application.This thesis first gave an in-depth introduction and discussion on the Android mobile phone platform, analyzed the platform architecture and characteristics, specifically described the current situation of the development of mobile Internet industry and electronic payment technology, secondly made a detailed analysis of the overall business requirements and functional needs of the client system and explicitly clarified the achieve goals of client system. On the basis of present technology, we give the detailed design of the client system from three aspects of the graphical interface, communications, business processes. We went through the technology selection for the data transmission, message format, communication protocols between client and server, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies to achieve and made the choice. Finally According to the design scheme we achieved the client of business and operation support system on Android mobile phone platform, carried out some functional tests for the system and gave the practical application effect. Now this stage that the system had been extended to the Shanghai Unicom agent channel merchants widely used reflect good user experience. The system had withstood the massive load and large-scale operations on the market, which further verified the reliability and stability of client system.
