The Optimal Solution Of Next Generation Business Operation Support System

With the development of society and economy, mobile communication technology isexperiencing a rapid development. The number of mobile phone subscribers in China hasgrown to more than11million,2.2million of which are3G users. In the increasingly fiercecommercial age, Full-service makes business intricate. However, customers need simpleconsistent user perception, convenient product transaction, transparent consumption and cleardiscount. Therefore, the existing operational support system is difficult to meet therequirement to develop the mobile business. In order to adapt to it, improving the existingoperation support system becomes more and more urgent.Taking a large enterprise as an example, by analyzing its operation support system andin view of its disadvantages, this paper puts forward an Operation support systemoptimization solution NGBOSS (the next generation operation support system) which islogical dependency and have maneuverability. The following works are done in this paper:(1)Analyzing the current situation of the development of the mobile industry and putsforward the necessity of building a CRM-centric operation support system.(2)Introducing the theoretical basis of the OSS, such as CRM, business processframework of the enhanced telecom operations map (ETOM) and next generation operationsupport system (NGOSS); analyzing the communication operating mechanism and introducethe construction background of domestic communication enterprise operation support system.(3)Taking a large enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes its OSS’s currentsituation, introduce the current system’s shortages and put forward the vision of optimizingthe OSS.(4) In view of the disadvantages of the example, puts forward an Operation supportsystem optimization solution which is logical dependency and have maneuverability and thenintroduce the relevant projects of the optimum proposal in detail.(5)Comparing the old optimize system with the new one and introduce the enhancementeffect on business after carrying out the optimum proposal.
