Design And Implement Of Integrated Accounting Module Of The Telecom Business & Operation Support System

Business & Operation Support System(BOSS), as the core system of the telecommunications industry, evolution by the original billing and accounting system, it’s a necessary support platform for telecommunication business and operation. In recent years, competition in the internal telecommunications industry from the network construction turn to business services gradually. Requires on software and application system get more and more. With the arrival of all business operation and the 4G,the competition become more severe, BOSS as an important means to strengthen the competitive advantage and improve business process, has gain more attention of the operators. Through the construction of BOSS, the changes for the market-oriented and customer-oriented will be completed quickly. Operators can adapt the communication technology development better, improve the enterprise efficiency, and reduce operating costs. BOSS in the enterprise’s future development will play an increasingly important role.This paper selects the core moulde integrated accounting module of Business & Operation Support System to study, to explore the future development direction of Business & Operation Support System. The major tasks completed in this paper contain:(1) On the basis of in-depth investigation of the integrated accounting management module of Business & Operation Support System, the system requirements, major modules, and non-functional requirements are analyzed based on the advanced software engineering theory.(2) Based upon the users’ requirements, the system architecture, modules, and database were designed.(3) By using JSP 2.0, C/C++ language programming, Weblogic/Tuxedo middleware and Oracle database, the system moudle were developed, and the GUIs of the software were presented. Finally, the software was tested.Following the theory of software engineering, system architecture, interface, business interaction, data storage and other aspects were designed to ensure it’s satisfactory with users’ requirements. The developed software can effectively support the telecommunication accounting business.
