At present,the communication industry has become one of the fastest growing industries.The traditional radio and television service has been extended to multimedia communication service,and the integration of computer network,telecommunication network and cable television network has become the overall development trend of access network in China.In this background,there are more and more platforms for radio and television network operation,and more and more types of equipment are accessed.In order to achieve unified management of equipment and automatic activation of business,this paper designs and implements a business operation support system based on radio and television business requirements.This paper focuses on the requirements and software architecture design of the radio and television business operation support system.The requirements are divided into 10 modules for implementation.According to the requirements,the software architecture is designed to ensure the stability,high concurrency and high availability of the software.This paper focuses on the requirements and software architecture design of the radio and television business operation support system.The requirements are divided into 10 modules for implementation.According to the requirements,the software architecture is designed to ensure the stability,high concurrency and high availability of the software.The system realizes the unified management of the equipment,saves the unnecessary expenses of the network management server,realizes the automatic activation of the business,improves the working efficiency,reduces the human error,helps to improve the quality of the access network link,improves the user experience,and comprehensively improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.After a long-term research on the business requirements of the system and continuous optimization of various functions in the system,the system has achieved the following results in actual use:1.The system involves a wide range of devices.It manages and monitors a variety of on-line devices in a unified way,reducing the input of server resources.In case of equipment failure,it can generate alarm quickly and accurately,improve the maintenance efficiency,prohibit the input of equipment that does not meet the requirements,and improve the network quality.2.SNMP protocol is used to realize the automatic distribution of business configuration for the innovation of entry terminal,and the operation of opening,shutdown,replacement and other related configurations is realized automatically,and the operation record is kept permanently,and the fault can be traced,which provides ideas for other provincial and municipal radio and television network companies to realize the automatic configuration of terminals.3.The innovative method of combining link quality statistical function with assessment plan,using multiple linear regression model to analyze the factors affecting the packet loss rate,so as to screen out the assessment indicators.After network optimization,the link failure rate is reduced from 23% to 10%,thus reducing the access network failure rate and improving the user experience.
