Along with the rapid development of the Letv’s business, online video provision and membership service have grown to be rich enormously. It’s a key reality problem and a challenge that how to manage customer data and massive business-related information in an unified way, to support operation management, custom service management and product management comprehensively. In order to solve these problems, it needs to design a business operation support system, to focus on business data and effectively on products and business resources of configuration management, let users work on a daily basis through a unified system platform, so as to improve the user’s satisfaction and member of purchasing power.This paper is based on the analysis of LETV internal data collection, unified management and massive business related information collection. Put forward a set of business support system design and optimization scheme, and with this set of scheme to code system and implementation for providing a united platform for customers. To strengthen LETV ecological business lines of the unified management and integrated marketing capabilities, improve the response ability of the system and demand of business changing and strengthen the comprehensive statistics and collaborative data analysis of effectiveness of the target. The main job of the author is to develop the B/S framework and MVC Spring framework, and to improve the response ability of the data by using Memcached buffer technology. Collecting data to large data center by the timing tasks, save to local database server, simultaneously in a unified web platform provide effective reference for managers and operations staff queries. The statistical analysis module of the data analysis module is generated by using the redundancy query of the sub table and the distributed cache, and the performance of the query is improved.This paper verified the optimization results through functional and non-functional tests. Through the actual test, we verify that under different browsers, all the functions in the operations management module, customer management module, system management module, product management module are surely completed. Focus on all business data, achieved the product and business resources for a valid configuration management, improve user satisfaction and membership purchasing power.The main structure of this paper is:first introduced project background, definition, research objectives and content. Then it introduces the project implementation technology, business architecture and user demand. The UML design, database design and coding implementation of the system are described in detail. Finally accomplished the business operations support system through functional testing and non functional testing.
