Design And Implementation Of Spread Of PDM System In Accessory Enterprise

In accessory enterprises, the product designers' work mainly involves frocks, which is different from general enterprises. And flow, role, task, power-limitation etc is of different characteristic during process of product design. Based on the above, the paper studies and ulteriorly builds the model of PDM, and extends the system of accessory enterprise PDM, which is suitable for accessory enterprise. The system is on the foundation of Candel-PDM system which is developed by ourselves, and combines with an engine cylinder head fittings enterprise model.Aiming at characteristics of accessory enterprise, from the aspects of limitation and task, author extends the system by adding personal desktop. When design the desktop, the article introduces a customizing workflow template ideal in project development, and proposes a thought of design of desktop based on the role and the task. The key technology and main interfaces of personal desktop is discussed and studied in the paper.To realize automatic and impersonal evaluation for designers in the enterprise, we extend and add a performance-assessment function to the PDM system to evaluate the product designers according to the characteristics of designers, role, task and workflow. In the performance assessment system research, the UML modeling method is used to character the function of the system, and E-R method is taken to describe data modeling. According to the model, tables of database are designed, and an evaluation algorithm based on PDMS is proposed.Finally, the article pictures data process of PDM system in accessory enterprise with DFD method. And the functional interface is presented.
