At present,the power enterprise of our country facing many problems in daily business management,manger need implementation management in many levels and angles,in these situation,easily lead to lack of unified planning and guidance in work,Mainly in the performance of staff performance evaluation and assessment management works.So,construct an unified staff performance appraisal management system,and use of information technology in the power enterprise,can offer technical foundation for enterprise management,it's significant to improve work efficiency.But at present,the staff performance evaluation still exist many problems,such as lack of management goal orientation,management work focus on inspection staff short-term development goals,the staff performance evaluation work lack effective assessment index system and other defects.In recent years,the staff performance management mode improve dramatically,especially balanced score theory,already get implemented in many company of the world,furthermore,achieved good results,has positive meaning for performance evaluation.So,fully understand and master the Balanced Score performance appraisal theory,and good application to power system performance management,it's very necessary for enterprise strategy developmentTherefore,this article use balanced score theory,by fusion the staff performance management system,and base on ASP.NET web,use balanced score theory to Design and implementation a staff performance appraisal information management platform.in the research work,at first,this article analysis of the study of staff performance management system,put forward The basic functions required by the system,analysis and discussion the non-functional requirements of the system.Secondly,use balanced score theory,research the staff performance management system,and analysis the core function module,construct staff performance appraisal index system based on the balanced score theory,and by using ASP.NET development technology and MVC software framework,to design and development the overall function of the system,Simultaneously,for database,use physical and logical design.Then,based on the functional overall design work of the system,according to the core function modules included in the system,to design and implementation of each functional module,and put forward the security system design,in the end,through the staff performance appraisal system to test the various functions,use the test data to verify the core function of the system,analysis system performance is normal,simultaneously,use automated software testing tools,test the performance of the system under multi-user concurrent conditions,inspection the performance requirements of the system,determine whether the system meets the requirements under the proposed conditions.this article mainly studies the performance appraisal management system of staff in electric power enterprises,the system uses the current relatively scientific performance appraisal model,base on balanced score,staff performance appraisal index system is more reasonable,the performance appraisal management process more scientific,support with information technology platform,to help the power enterprise staff performance appraisal management,improving the quality and efficiency of staff performance management in electric power enterprises.Simultaneously,as a precedent for information and digital transformation,but also for other industries of enterprise staff performance appraisal management work provides a reference and reference.
