Industry Network Based Supervisory System Of Press Machine Workshop

This task,based on "DSP based diamond press machine intelligence control system" designs a "industry network based supervisory system of press machine workshop",for monitoring and controlling several artificial diamond press machines,forming "DSP based diamond press machine intelligence control system" as a CAN net.This monitor and control system mainly includes three parts:Monitor and control program of upper-end computer,USB/CAN interface and lower-end communication of CAN interface.Monitor and control program of upper-end computer designs for human-machine interactive.It uses Kingview 6.5 and Visual Basic 6.0 to develop.Thus it can both adopt shortcut interface designation function of Kingview as well as data communication of VB program.They use DDE provided by Kingview to realize dynamic data exchange.This scheme can expediently develop complicated interface and be fulfill with data collection,control press machine running and so on.USB/CAN interface is a USB to CAN converter.AS a communication bridge between upper-end computer and lower-end computer,it is used for data transmit.It transmits sampling data to upper-end computer and control command to lower-end computer.Lower-end communication of CAN interface used for communication between TMS320LF2407A and CAN fieldbus.This DSP has a CAN controller,only need to add CAN transceiver PCA82C250 as an interface.According to it,this paper mainly introduces the three parts of this system.Firstly,as a beginning,it introduces the principle of press machine and "DSP based diamond press machine intelligence control system".Secondly,it provides the whole design scheme,which is expedient for people to understand.It introduces the three parts in detail in turns as follow.This industry network based supervisory system designs by CAN field bus,coming over the fault of traditional RS232,RS485 serial bus.It makes operator finish real-time monitor and control task far away from device,including get data from field device and monitor lower-end computer,finishing trend analysis,alarm,which advance the automatic degree of workshop.The lower-end computer adopts TMS320LF2407A DSP,advancing control precision of industry control system in certain extent.
