The control system of synthetic diamond works in the high temperature and pressure state. In the process of synthetic diamond, the accuracy of the pressure and power play a important role in diamond quality and yield. With the development of industrial production, the increasing requirements of performance, the control system of synthetic diamond has put forward higher requirements.This thesis analyzes the process of diamond synthesis. In the process of pressure control, a new type of expert PID control method is advanced which is combined with conventional PID control. The method is to segment the control system, which effectively overcome the shortcomings of conventional PID control; In the process of temperature control, the paper use fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy, which has a good dynamic tracking characteristic.The monitoring system is consist by the PLC and Wincc, which includes the PLC program control system, computer monitoring system and the communication between them. According to the system process and control requirements, Siemens S7-300 is used in lower computer, which using STEP7 PLC programming software for the control program; WinCC configuration software is applied in the upper computer. It designs the operation screen of the process, the police inquiry, the Real-time data, the parameter setting, historical data and data reports, which achieve the records of real-time and monitoring of field data.The monitoring system is simple and convenient, which has good reliability, stability and scalability. It can not only reflect the actual conditions intuitively, but also control each parameter-stably and accurately. The system has good promotion prospects.
