The Design Of CAN Bus Network Monitor System And CAN Bus Intelligence Adapter

Industrialization Network is the base of massive industry production, is one of the very important parts of Industry Modernization. This paper focused on the FCS(FieldBus Control System) ,one of Industrialization Network Systems facing to manufacture procedure. At first, the paper introduced the theory, characteristic, network system structure, network model of FCS. Then described we applied FieldBus-CAN(Control Area Network) bus. After that, combined with a practical project, presented in detail the design and realization of a steel stove temperature monitor system based on CAN bus for some factory. And the paper also presented the design of hardware and software of CAN bus Intelligence adapter. At the last, we expatiated the reliability and anti-disturbance ability of the system. We believe it is helpful to develop an economic, flexible and practical control system in our country.
