The Research Of The Control System For 6-Surface Diamond Presser

Artificial-synthesized diamond is a new technology to produce diamond crystal on the conditions of the super-pressure, the super-temperature. This technique makes manufacturing diamonds become reality. In recent years, our artificial-synthesized diamond technology develops rapidly and the productivity exceeds any other countries. However, for reason of the chamber and control technique, our product quality is still resigned to the middling or low state and is short of the international competitiveness.In recent years our diamond compressor tonnage and synthesized chamber have been improved. But the control technique can't keep pace with the onward march of the developed country, especially the technique of old type of the diamond compressor still remains at the primary state. It is needed to reform the control systems now.In such a background, this research task is to study and reform the control system having 6-surface the diamond compressor. The main work and achieved progresses are shown as follows:Choose suitable industrial computers, I/O boards and configuration software according to the system requirements.Designing the control programs, perfecting the control functions and especially adding some functions have been done according to the operator's experience and suggestion which has never been realized before. It makes the control operations become easy. These functions include fast adjusting parameters,checking and processing warning signals in order to improve the control quality and eliminate the system failures and the hidden troubles.Designing a simple controlling interface to simplify operations, reduce the manual operations, improve work efficiency, reduce the misoperation and increase the system reliability have been done at the same time considering the operator's suggestions.A self-adaptive fuzzy control strategy is adopted in order to control temperature and pressure with the dead zone on the basis of system's characteristics, which results in an ideal control effects.
