Monitor And Control System Of Auxiliary Boiler Based On PLC And KINGVIEW Software

Marine auxiliary boiler is one of the most necessary auxiliary devices in ocean shipping.The steam generated from the boiler is mainly used for heating the fuel oil, heating the lubricating oil,heating the cylinder of the main engine,driving the auxiliary devices and for daily miscellaneous use.At the present time,the development of economic globalization and integration has driven ocean ship to larger size and super larger size.In this case,the evaporation of ocean ship should be larger as well.At the same time,the requirement on the aspect of economy and security becomes higher and higher.These years,with the great progress of automation technology,ocean ship automation control systems become more and more perfect.This thesis use PLC and KINGVIEW to achieve the auxiliary boiler inspecting and controlling on computer.The designing system mainly includes PLC module,PLC expanding module and KINGVIEW software.The system applies the PLC module in S7-200 series developed by siemens Corporation Ltd.and KINGVIEW 6.52 software developed by Peking YAKONG Technology Corporation Ltd.The thesis first introduces the marine auxiliary boiler automation system,definitude every part in the automation system,analyzing the control object in each part and analyzing the system status quo.Then,The thesis analyses the working principle,structure and function of PLC and KINGVIEW.Make sure applying PLC and KINGVIEW in marine auxiliary boiler automation system is capable and perfect.This thesis makes a profound researching on the ignition consequence,the water level automatic control,the steam pressure automatic control,the safety automatic control and manual control.Base on the characteristic of the auxiliary boiler automation system, making up the structural composing and control scheme in the system.The thesis designs the inputs,outputs and analyzes the measure how to get the signals and how to transform the signals.After researching the principle of siemens S7-200 PLC,This thesis designs the ignition program,the water level control program,the steam pressure control program and safety control program.Secondly,based on the seeing about auxiliary boiler locale,the thesis designs the menu with the application of KINGVIEW software,the menu should be accord with the locale.Meanwhile,a data base is established in KINGVIEW as well as the setting up of communications parameters,the editing of the command language and the collocation of the functioning of the system.Finally,the computerized monitoring system of the auxiliary boiler is realized by the connection of the KINGVIEW with PLC.
