Nowadays, combined security monitoring platform's development and application, DSP-based hardware development technology and method have been mature and software monitor control technology has been relatively consummate. But still have lots of problems, such as complexity of structure, lack of stability and controllable in the usage of controlling machine. Due to those flaws, through over 1 years' preliminary plan proof and technical preparation, we decided to design a brand new security monitoring system which still based on previous platform foundation. New technical platform guarantee fine real-time communication and monitor control function as before, besides, the new system's structure would be more compact and stable, the resistance would be promoted to a high level. In terms of man-machine communication, new system uses embedded system (ARM 9) to be central processing unit. But because embedded equipments don't have Parallel interface which means it wouldn't print out corresponding system parameters and warning information. In view of the flaw of Embedded System (Arm 9), the design manages to print out information through Serial Interface by using C++ language upon Arm 7. The design not only acquires satisfying test result, but also achieves good human-machine interaction, display and data communication.
