In recent years, the market competition pattern of Automobile industry has had profound changes along with the high speed growth of the product. With integration of Automobile industry market and Oligopoly being broken, the major automotive companies are adopting positive policy to enhance the competitiveness of their products. At at the historic moment, Automobile industry chain arises as a new organization model to cope with the market competition. Automobile industry chain is a huge network, composed of vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service, etc. How to realize the real-time sharing and exchange of information of cooperative enterprises and fast efficient business network cooperation becomes a key point to ensure the stability and development of the industry chain.The use of information technology and network technology to construct ndustry chain cooperation platform is the best means to achieve industrial chain collaboration. However, The Automotive Industrial Chain Platform based on the SaaS technology become an important means to solve informationization of small and medium-sized enterprise, because of its advantages in resources, efficiency advantage and cost advantage. Application of The Automotive Industrial Chain Platform based on the SaaS technology makes the small and medium-sized enterprise get the competitive advantage as same as large enterprise and stand on the same starting line with large enterprise.At present, the platform has been serving more than5000cooperation enterprise of more than10league. As a third party collaborative commerce platform working as SaaS mode, it provides7*24h uninterrupted service for its users. As a result, the failure of platform will affect many enterprise alliance, make more than ten automobile production line stop running, and cause heavy loss for enterprise’s production. Therefore, guarantee the stability and safety operation of the platform has become the key of operation management of platform.Taking The Automotive Industrial Chain Platform as the research object, at first, this article analyzes the Platform from the function and structure two aspects and makes deep analysis of the needs of platform monitoring system Combining with characteristics of the auto parts industry chain collaborative service platform. To ensure the safe and stable operation of the platform, this paper mainly studies three aspects including the robustness and stability of platform software system, the security and robustness of the platform hardware system, and network security to gainst the attack and resist invasion. To ensure the loose coupling integration between monitoring system and the platform, Combining with the principle of AOP technology and its advantages, this paper will acquisit and record monitoring data based on AOP technology, mainly analysis the implementation based on AOP technology of monitoring data acquisition at the same time as designing database. According to the data display platform monitoring system, in order to adapt to the dynamic of monitoring data, this paper realize the dynamic and no refresh data display based on Microsoft’s latest graphical display WPF technology.Finally, this paper gives the system realization of the main function module.
