With the rapid development of electronic and creative technology, the single-chip microcomputer has been widely used in many fields, such as detection and automatic control system, because its security,high performance and low price. At same time, in order to fulfil the requirements of automatic control system, the single-chip microcomputer is improving its complexity and capability.This dissertion is devoted to a new controlling and detecting system,which has been not used before. We can know the drawroll's temperature by means of detecting the current through heating coil without using Pt resistance. So it can not only simplifies the processes,improves the performance of drawroll but also reduce the cost.The system bases on the single-chip microcomputer - C8051F020. It concentrates the detection, control and display of temperature and velocity on one real-time system. All of these make the system more dependable, steady, rapid and so easy to be maintained.After analyze the whole system, we confirm the aim and method that should be used. The dissetation is mainly made up of three parts: data acquisition, commucation and controlling. In sample part, we design a data acquisition system, which includes A/D conversion and sampling control code. Through regress analyse to sampling data above mentioned, a mathematic model of drawroll temperature detecting and controlling is built in cotrolling part. Furthermore through microprocessor, we analyze the sampling data and determine the manipulative parameters under the controlling of PI. In the communication part, by means of debugging the serial commucation between the single-chip microcomputer and PC, so that we can make the system completing many function in PC, such as setting each controlling parameter and inspecting real-time temperature of drawroll. on-lineCIP51, which is a new-style single-chip microcomputer, applied to temperature control system of roll for synthetic fiber and rayon fabrics. In many aspects, such as data transaction, stability and anti-jamming, CIP51 has great advantage to congeneric single-chip microcomputer.
