Heterogeneous Fieldbus system is a collaborative configuration based on multiple types of Filedbus. It accommodates to the polymorphism of Fieldbus control equipment as well as the diversity of user needs, and is a hot research topic in the automation and control field nowadays.This thesis focused on the improvement of a feedstuff workshop, and presented a heterogeneous Fieldbus control system. The main work of the thesis is listed as following:1. Developed a new kind of Fieldbus Bridge based on SPC3, which solves the common communication problems between PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS in the former feedstuff workshop.2. Designed an intelligent controller using sectional control and error compensation to increase the packaging efficiency and precision. After that, a feedstuff packaging system is developed based on this controller.3. Implemented the PLC hardware configuration and control program for Siemens S7-300 PLC on the STEP7 platform. This system can efficiently control all the monitoring points, and collect the data in the packaging system via Fieldbus Bridge.4. Developed the human-machine interaction interface on the WINCC platform, whose functions including real-time surveillance, data recording, alarming, report printing, and so on.The major contribution of the thesis is that, it developed a new feedstuff system that could successfully monitor the working points and efficiently control the production in the plant. In addition, it presented a new kind of Fieldbus Bridge that solves the traditional communication problems between different kinds of Fieldbus. Thus this thesis has significant reference value to the similar work. |
