| The generality and flexibility demands for industrial monitor software increase with improvement of industrial automation. Usually traditional industrial monitor software cannot meet requirements. Configuration software provides a kind of tool for automation project technicians adopting the mode as playing the building block to make the field control processes and control interfaces. It is broadly used in manufacturing automation , flow industry automation , building automation ,traffic,metallurgy,irrigation projects,electric power and many automation fields. As the appearance of new technology, function of configuration software is stronger and stronger.The design and implementation of configuration software is a complex project,and it refers to the relevant theories and technologies. In the first part of the paper,the situation and future of configuration software is summarized by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of some software all over the world. At the same time,the current fieldbus technology is summarized and different fieldbus standards are compared. According to application environment and application features of FCS,this paper realizes basic functions of universal configuration software , such as bus communication protocol, graphics configuration,RTDB configuration,control algorithm,control flow configuration and so on,based on Windows operating system,by adopting modularization designing,multithread technology and VC development tool.The paper mainly researches the design of graphics interface and real-time database system. In the graphics configuration system,graphics object is classified. The functions of drawing and editor are accomplished. Meanwhile expandable graphics unit is defined,and animation function is accomplished. ActiveX technology is used to accomplish second development. In real-time database system,using relational database,file management system and memory database to store and control all kinds of data that confirm different access requirement. Using dynamic linking accomplish real-time database , and a method of implementing model of data object and interface of real-time database system is given. |
