Research On Temperature Control System In Heat Treatment Workshop Based On CAN Fieldbus

In the process of heat treatment,that the calefaction furnace is controlled well or badly will affect the materials performance directly.But in practice production,the parameters of heat treatment furnace,the parameters of electricity providing system and so on often change.Whereas the conventional control project depends on system mold greatly,so the temperature control effect cannot be guaranteed.The paper puts forward the robust control project based on LMI(Lineal Matrix Inequality)which can solve this problem effectively.Locale general BUS is one kind of serial data communication routines which communicates basic control equipments and more advanced control administrative levels.With the locale general BUS technology application into the temperature control system of the heat treatment workshop,it can connect those equipments each other which come from different manufactures but accord with uniform communication criteria.So with the introduce of N general BUS configuration,not only can system security be developed but also system integration cost can be reduced.PCI general BUS is the interlinkage interface between processor/memorizer and periphery control components,expanding cards in micro-computer.It is independent on processor and is applicable different high speed CPU and software flat roof. Current processors such as Intel,Alpha,PowPC,SPARC and operating systems Windows,Linux can support PCI part general BUS which have become actual general BUS criteria of micro-computers.Through using high speed general BUS clock (33Mhz or 66MHz)and other technology,the durative transmission 32-bit velocity can reach 132MB/S and for 64-bit general lines it can reach 264MB/S.So we design CAN general adaptor based on PCI general BUS.In the process of PC technology infiltrating into industrial control field, configuration software plays a very special and important role.Configuration software is software tool or exploitation environment with which users can build their own HMT quickly.With the appearance of configuration software,users can disengage from the hot water of long exploitation time,low efficiency,bad security in the process of compiling HMI application software.The paper introduces the software design of system configuration software.In addition,because the current WINDOW2000/NT system cannot support hardware operation directly the paper introduces driver design based on WDM (Windows Driver Model).
