Fieldbus technology, whose nodes are intelligent instrument which have digital communication capacity, has become a hot spot in the field of automation. The goal of fieldbus is to obtain as much information as possible from spot using open system protocol, thereby realizing factory's production automation further more.With the development of fieldbus technology, configuration software has become basal application software in the field of industrial automation, and plays a more and more important role in industrial control system. The research of configuration software which based on fieldbus distributed control system has become the focus in the configuration software technology area. The control strategy configuration is the core of the configuration software with the fieldbus control system.The speed and accuracy of developing configuration software are the key to the whole system. Therefore, developing configuration software which combines openness, integration and reliability has academic significance and practical value. The target of this paper is to develop an universal and graphical control strategy configuration software based on filedbus cotrol system,then to generate the software which has control facility to meet the practical needs.The paper studies the function block graphic configuration of fieldbus configuration software, using VC++ 6.0 as a development tool and adopting document/view structure to design a control configuration software with friendly interface, convenient configuration and advanced algorithm. Through analyzing the status quo of fieldbus technology and configuration software home and abroad, the author proposes the framework of configuration software based on the study of fieldbus control system , designs and encapsulates graphical function block and its processing algorithm. By adding, deleting, connecting with function blocks and parameter setting, graphical control strategy configuration are realized. System's configuration and configuration program's access are designed as well.
