China is a resourceful country of ore, and mining takes an important proportion of our country economy. However, the safety accidents of mine often occur and limit the improvement of productivity. How to construct the productive, efficient and up-to-date mine, becomes the ultimate way to change the undeveloped actuality. The existing mine safety supervise and control system which only watch part of devices and sensors in mine, is installed in isolated department, and come into being lots of "Information Islands" , which is not in favor of constructing a uniform control center to conduct the safety production of mine, and forming a integrated information platform to make the interrelated department scan the information of mine easily. To solve the problem discussed above, the mine synthesized safety supervise and control system tries to construct a synthesized system which can supervise and control the environment of mine, the production of mine and the transport of locomotive at the same time.The dissertation introduced the fieldbus, then discussed the design and research of the mine synthesized safety supervise and control system based on CAN. According to the research of the protocol and principle of CAN, the author designed the intelligent note, repeater and fieldbus switch, and set down the communication protocol of user layer. To improve the reliability of communication, the rule of point-to-point error control and the addition of a byte of check sum are introduced into the system. And to improve the real-time performance, the system applied the method of frame filter.To improve the reusability of the system, the dissertation presented the configuration model based on the abstraction of the objects of the mine synthesized safety supervise and control system and marked out the major modules of the system. According to the experimental application in mine locomotive transport supervise and control system, the dissertation shows that the system is flexible in the architecture of software and hardware, and can be easily extened to other mine safety production fields.
