Foreign mass media organization have got into China and internet has been came a powerful competitor. So, the City TV faced a rigorous test. Hefei TV also faced the competition. If Hefei TV want to develop, human resource is a very important factor. Exploite and keep employee are a main problem of Hefei TV. Through the description of Human resources in Hefei TV, and analyses the problem of this entity, the writer put forward the aim and meaning of employee's Career Designing.
