Within the framework of market economy,talent has proved the fundamental of enterprise competition,Peter F.Drucker always believes that ultimate enterprise management is human resource management,which is the centralized performance of enterprise management.Therefore,the importance of human resource management in the enterprise management center is becoming more and more necessary.The compensation system and compensation mechanism are the key of human resources management in the enterprise,which plays an important role.However,the compensation mechanism is a double-edged sword,the scientific and efficient compensation mechanism can attract excellent talents,encourage the employees and improve the employee loyalty.On the contrary,it will cause the loss of workers,causing enterprise turbulence.Therefore,the establishment of an effective,realistic and scientifically sound performance-oriented compensation system is crucial to the survival and development of enterprises.A well-designed compensation system can guide and create an internal competition atmosphere,build a dynamic internal competition mechanism,develop the potential of human capital,and create value for the company.The consummation of incentive and restraint mechanism can fully exploit the potential of employees to create value,eliminate unqualified employees,optimize the overall quality of employees,and enhance the overall competitive advantage of the company.Yantai Cable TV Network Co.,Ltd.as a state-owned enterprise from the transformation of the institutional unit in the two categories of salary big differences.Long-term salary differences will make some employees feel unfair and lead to an increase of the turnover rate.However,if we blindly reduce the salary of the original enterprise staff,it will cause instability within the company,but also affect the development of the company.In this case,how to respect the history and keep the equity is the key to this salary design.This research is based on the post management and relevant theories of salary design,based on the actual situation of company.According to different post questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis,we understand employee perceptions of the company compensation,and evaluate the understanding of the compensation system.We need to find out the key factors affecting the compensation design.By cluster analysis,the functions of different positions in Yantai Branch are divided,combine position value with compensation design and introducing a new compensation designing tool named broadband salary,so as to develop according with the actual situation of enterprise salary system.The purpose of this paper is to have some practical reference for the enterprise compensation designers.
