Human resource is the fundamental reason of influencing development of broadcast and television industry. Employee are organization's most important capital, employee's loyalty is the key factor to the development of organization . Loyal employee often mean higher profit and productivity, perfect brand social image and firmer customers to the organization.The cultivation of loyal employee obviously have a fundamental meaning for consolidate existing talent resource , reduce the leaving office rate , improve staffs productivity, In this way, the cultivation of loyal employee highlight their importance to the cultivation question which organize loyalty.On the basis of previous related research, some constructive work was done as follows:1 According to the aim of this research, the conception of employee's loyalty and a set of scales were provided in this paper on the basis of previous articles.2, The scales of human resource management for the broadcast and television industry ,the scales of the employee's loyalty were verified .All these work have offered favorable reference for relevant research in the future.3 The relationship among the HRM practice of broadcast and television industry and the employee's loyalty were discussed and we studied the relationship under the factors such as different employee's characteristics.There were three hundred and sixty nine valid samples from 4 units of domestic broadcast and television industry. The factor Analysis, and Analysis of Variance (general liner modeling) Analysis of variance were used in this paper, and those calculations were done on the software of SPSS 11.5 The hypotheses were largely supported. The main results were showed as follows:1 The employee's loyalty included work-based loyalty, team-based loyalty, enterprise-based loyalty.2 The employee's characteristics affected employee's loyalty. 3 On the whole , influence factor of employee's loyalty is compensation management, work design, culture and policy of organization.
