Today with the growth of knowledge economy, enterprise managementhas stepped into human-resource-oriented age. Practice of careerplanning is the further development of human resource management.However, it is not beneficial to develop journalists' careerplanning because the media planning is lack of management and thereis not any career planning on journalists. The thesis introducessome career theories, analies and researches the career planning,Career Orientation,Career Anchor and Career development way forjournalists, offering methods for career planning, and providingstrategies for the development of career planning according to thesocial reality.This thesis is divided into four parts: the first part isintroducing concepts of career planning, the reality andsignificance of journalists in our country.
