Many examples of thedata or to seek a new pipeline information management approach nowextremely urgent.With the development of computer technology, especially geographicinformation systems technology, information management to the pipeline witha new way of thinking and method, in essence, is a technology revolution.GIS study for the geographical entity, a geographic entity based on the spatialrelationship between them establish the link, then proceed to informationmanagement, decision support and so on. Therefore, the GIS scope of thestudy is very extensive, as long as it is in the level of human cognition, in acertain way to express things or objects can be used geographic informationsystems to be studied.
