| Based on geography spatial database, the geographic information system (GIS) adopts the analytical method of the geographical model, and offers many kinds of spatial and dynamic geographical information in right time, and provides strong technical support for administrative decision. The geographical information system can offer assisting decision supporting for security production management of the colliery enterprise, which is one important component of digital of mine. The production system of the colliery is a system formed by the person, machine and environment. The space is extremely complicated and calamity of the colliery occurs frequently. Gas, coal-dust, water damage, fire and roof accident are the major casualties of the colliery production. The mechanisms of these accidents are different, so it need to manage and control damage information on time and space, utilize GIS technology, according to the characteristic of the calamity system in the pit, sets up mine major hazard management information system based on GIS and manages major hazard which is an important method to realize safety in production of the colliery.This paper analyzes and discusses the characteristic and evaluation of major hazard, and discusses the technology of realization form and system structure of ComGIS. This paper also carefully analyzes and designs of soft and hard environment, the platform, development of database and function modules. It takes one colliery as the research objects, sets up the spatial database and attribute database of colliery, and set up the attribute database of major hazard after taking an appraised current situation of major hazard of this colliery. This research proceed from the systems engineering, uses SuperMap Objects as GIS developing platform, Visual Basic as developing language, SQL Server 2000 as database to set up the major hazard system. It has finished the main function of this system: Management of user, basic operation of map, inquery function of information, analysis function of spatial data, measure etc.The study is beneficial exploration in control of major hazard and has offered experience for digital construction of the mine. |
