Mine resource exploitation on the survival of the human environment caused great destruction and pollution. With the coming advent of the information age, the digital mine construction will realize the high and efficient implementation of coal enterprises in a green, safe and effective way, which is called the mining science, information science, artificial intelligence, computer technology and 3S technology combined with high product. It will deeply change the traditional mining activities in production and people’s life way. So how to explore the development of mineral resources in condition of limited natural resources and the allowable conditions of ecological system tolerance, environmental protection. It is the major task of human faces in twenty-first Century to realize the sustainable development of economy. Coupled with the recent disaster happens ceaselessly, it need to accelerate the pace of digital mine fitness.Digital mine in the process of enterprise informationlization is an important linkthrough the implementation of mine enterprise digital works which can improve the mine enterprise’s production efficiency, improve production safety reliability.This thesisstudies on the base of summary and analysis in the domestic and foreign existing digital mine construction. The thesis puts forward the application mode and digital mine system through the comparison and analysis of the application status of digital mine. Through the analysis of the status quo of toad hill mine, the thesis designs the toad hill mine high speed Ethernet network platform,3D GIS platform, safety production monitoring system.The final part is to testthe module of digital mine system’s functionsincluding the administratorlogin, system settings andmaintenance module,classificationandinformation resource module, data retrieval and statistics module, 3Dmodeling and analysis module, data interface modulefunction. The test results show thateach module canachieve the expected function. The design of the digital mine systemfunction become more perfect, simple user interface.
