In this paper,the overall design of the client is described in ways,such as requirement, architecture andfunction. Then, based on the overall design, design, and implementfoursubsystems,whichare personnel management, security monitoring, central water pump,and belt scales. Each subsystem hasfunctions of settings, auto-refresh, push, and alarm.Users can viewing information of personnel location, personnel details, attendance,monitoring, the pump operating conditions,and belt scales.After a long period ofdevelopment undera great deal of tests, the basic function of Digital Mine IntegratedBusiness System has been improved. The System has run successfully in a number ofmines. Follow-up functions, such as personnel precise positioning, user privilegeseparation, early warning, and control are constantly developing.
