This is knowledge economic age, For the sake of world competition ability of the enterprise. The enterprise put forward the new request to the management information system. By the strategy of the integration of enterprise knowledge, permeating human resource management through knowledge management have become the development trend of management information system.The knowledge management technology is not a technology, but a technology system. It include many technologies, for example the document management, data mining, expert system, search engine, groupware and BBS etc., overlaying the knowledge production, sharing, application and creativity.The knowledge management technology is not a new thing. It combines the existent techniques. The important requirements of human resource management system based on knowledge management are employee self-help service, human resource programming, training management, performance management and knowledge management. Because the object of project is the collectivize management mode, it ask employee, direct manager and high manager to can participate in the human resource management. It asks KHR system can integrate the current system and offer unify announce of human resource information, with this to increase approbation to human resource management in each level of employees, strengthening the enterprise coherence. With the foundation of J2EE many layers application solution, this article uses J2EE many layers application solution as the basic. Do research and application of the techniques to compose human resource management system based on knowledge management. From the angle of the software engineering, The UML is applied to develop system in the process. Put forward a kind of expert system based on answer agent, resolving the problem how to change from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge in enterprise. There are many directory to be required in the system while seek the sub-organization and employees. Because accessing of directory is reading, but not writing, so using LDAP in developing directory. Flow management is necessary in human resource management, for example leave application, inviting flow, training flow etc. needs each section cooperates to complete mutually. These need workflow. In chapter of related technology solving, there would be explained. The operation background is the KHR (human resource management system based on knowledgemanagement) of Textiles Import & Export Company of Guangdong.
