College Knowledge Management System Based On Agent

The 21st century is the knowledge economy time and also is the educational informationization time. The level of the educational informationization has become an important symbol of the educational informationization level of a country or an area. The development and promotion of the education knowledge management is the important methods to promote the level of educational informationization. The application of Knowledge management in the teaching is the important part of the education knowledge management. The System' aim is to improve the college teaching quality and provide a personal knowledge management and tacit knowledge communication platform which is based on Web knowledge.The system is based on the Agent in three aspects: firstly, the system has three modules for different users. When the user enters the system, an agent will represent as the user to interact with it. Secondly, the system provides help agent service for the teacher users and student users. Lastly, the system provides intelligent study function, which will draw study materials according to the requirement form which is produced with the student's base ability.The services for the personal knowledge management of the teachers and students are as follows: the resource management platform for the teaching and studying and the blog platform for teachers' and students' blogs. The services for the communication of the tacit knowledge are as follows: public communication area, teachers' communication area and students' communication area, public message board, teachers' message board and students' message board.
