| Postgraduate education has become an important part of "talent power" strategy, and is also the main approach to develop high-level innovative talents. In the process of postgraduates training, the individual characters of a postgraduate such as academic interests, knowledge structure and ability should be taken into consideration by the supervisor. Thus students’ research capability can be improved significantly. In this personalized training mode, how the postgraduate are guided to master the skills of using professional knowledge flexibly is critical and important for them to improve their ability. With the development of computer networks, network platform has been an effective supplement to help the supervisor guide the student.Therefore, based on the cloud platform, a system was build to manage the postgraduates’ knowledge by means of hierarchical model and investigate the system in terms of theory and practice. Theoretically, personal knowledge management and knowledge management maturity theory are used to build a mode which can provide quantitative criteria to judge the improvement of postgraduates’scientific research. The analytic hierarchy process and particle swarm optimization algorithm are also applied in this mode. In practice, based on cloud computing theory and ASP.NET technology, the three-layer architecture was used to design and develop the postgraduates’personal knowledge management system. The system has the function of team management, research management, communication management and so on. This is a great helpful to activities such as tracking project progress and the guidance of thesis writing.The system has been completed and tested well in the Azure platform. After the initial trial, the system can not only provide postgraduates a good space for scientific knowledge management and interactive activities, but also a complicated platform for the supervisor to guide their students. Finally, we achieve the goal of personalized training. |
