Secondary and vocational education training objectives is to train "highly qualified workers and professionals on practical skills." "Skill" personnel is one of the key training objectives. With the development of information technology, student-centered, Problem-based learning model has been increasingly applied to the field of teaching. At the secondary school teaching computer applications is tried by the PBL. Based on the author's experience in secondary vocational schools, I discuss mainly from the following aspects :Chapter one begins with a statement of background topics, the students of the characteristics and status of students, as well as the current research, Vocational schools also where I studied computer investigation and analysis of the situation.Part two, author of the study based on more detailed explanation of the characteristics of design principles and theoretical basis.The third chapter is devoted to the study of relevant theory and concepts defined.Part four,based on the PBL approach, detailed design and the teaching of the "web" research program, experiment and analysis of experimental results.Part five,function as conclusion and points out the problems confronted in the present study and those which need to be solved in the future. Undoubtedly, more exploration is needed.
