Secondary vocational school is a significant part ofChina's vocational education. With the development ofinformation-education and the construction of campus Internet,secondary vocational education is developing towards interneteducation. On-line education is a multi-function andcomprehensive teaching platform, which makes good use of theInternet technology, computer technology, and multi-mediatechnology to develop. Owing to the formidable and interactivefunction of Internet education system, it is very popular amongthe teachers in colleges and universities, and it is used bymore and more people. Internet education stands for an advancededucational technology and teaching pattern. It is the streamof development in current time. This paper is to provideconceive, of improvement on the fall shorts of secondaryvocational schools, by analyzing the characteristic andinsufficiency of them, to improve the teaching standard andquality of secondary vocational schools with the technicalsupport of researching and developing the internet teachingsystem for secondary vocational schools.This paper is to illuminate the requirement for thefunctional design of Internet system, and design the general frame of Internet teaching system, according to the requirementfor system function, and then analyze the structures of the"foreground" and the "background". Lastly, expatiate theselection of system development modes and illuminate theCharacteristic and requirement for system script, introducethe development tools for system website and database systemlike SAP, Access and SOL Language.The core of this paper is the realization and design of boththe interactive functional module in the "foreground" anddatabase administrative module in the" background". The "foreground" is designed and realized by nine interactivefunctional modules: Student login, system setting, studentsection, Assessment sector for teachers, teaching coursewaresection, questionnaire survey section and communicationsection. For each module, module function, flow chart, code,and interface are given respectively. The "background"consists of twelve databases, including module administration,amending and deleting, student administration, examadministration, homework administration, coursewareadministration, FrontPage administration, FrontPage bulletin,Home, Quitting and etc. for each module, module function, flowchart, code, and interface are given respectively as well.
