The progress of information technology has a extremely great influence on the development of the society,its influence spread to the social from all walks of life,including education,changing education ideas and teaching mode,make the education has the larger development space.Strongly advocated to improve the information level of all the students,the ministry of education at present,many schools(including primary and secondary school)generally carried out information technology courses,and in the secondary vocational school,"computer basis" course as an extension of the information technology,play an important role.However,because of the different source of students in all aspects of the foundation,ability differences,poses challenges for teaching.If teachers are still as before,by comparing the traditional teaching mode,is bound to lead to learning excellent students feel no difficulty,no challenge,can easily make the corresponding topic,appear the phenomenon of "do not have enough to eat";For secondary students are learning to master is not very solid,appear the phenomenon of "bad";For learning difficulties students feel no more knowledge,appeared more and more don't understand,fee along while strength also do not come out,so want to give up learning more and more,appear the phenomenon of "can't eat".Such teaching,not necessarily for all students,also can't take care of the students' individual differences,more unable to implement the state advocates the comprehensive development,is not conducive to the full development of students,class student understanding of knowledge and master degree in difference is more and more big,in the long term is not conducive to the growth of the teachers and the accumulation of experience.In the face of these realities,we adopt what kind of teaching mode in teaching can promote the full development of each student? How to better mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of student? How can I do so?This study aimed at secondary vocational schools "computer basic " course the status quo of high school information technology level differences,with their aptitude theory,mastery learning theory,the theory of the zone of proximal development,Pygmalion effect and the theoretical basis of the theory of multiple intelligences,accumulate through long-term teaching a line of work,on the university's financial 39 class students teaching in the "computer basic" course applied research.In the teaching practice,recessive hierarchical teaching in class,through questionnaire,test,and other forms of data before and after the analysis of stratified teaching,summed up the hierarchical teaching to improve students' interest in learning "computer basic" course,to each student's learning progress,to improve the teaching effect and the improvement of teachers' teaching level all have certain effect.After a semester of teaching practice,found that students generally on the basis of the original have made certain progress,especially can better promote the potential layer and hard learning.Anyhow,layered teaching method can improve the students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,to improve students' academic performance,promote the students' own development,lets the student on the basis of their original progress,improve the teaching quality and teaching effect,it can improve teachers' teaching level and the ability to analyze and solve problems,hope to provide reference for other secondary vocational school curriculum teaching.This study includes five chapters altogether,chapter specific content as follows:The first part : introduction mainly introduces the background,significance and research method of this study.The second part : studies the status quo analysis and definition,mainly analyzes the teaching status quo at home and abroad,and this study to define the concept of teaching.The third part : The theoretical basis of the study,mainly expounds the theory used in this study according to their aptitude,mastery learning theory,the theory of the zone of proximal development,Pygmalion effect and the theory of multiple intelligences.The fourth part : layered teaching in secondary vocational "computer basis" course of study,including experiment,experiment time and the purpose of the selection of subjects,experimental variables and test hypotheses,experimental steps and experimental results,the experimental steps,including hierarchical teaching students layered,stratified teaching objects,teaching contents,layered,concrete layering teaching,and teaching evaluation and so on concrete steps,the experimental results of the questionnaire to the test data analysis,student level changes and the analysis of student achievement.The fifth part : research summary and outlook of stratified teaching,including the advantages and disadvantages of hierarchical teaching,and the implementation of hierarchical teaching in the future teaching.
