A Design And Implementation Of Secondary Vocational School Educational Administration Information System

With the development of information technology and the popularity of computernetwork technology, the software system based on B/S model came into being, andbecame into the software developer’s favor. Meanwhile, the state attaches’ greatimportance to the development of secondary vocational education and the teaching level,and expand the size of school, improve the quality of teachers. How to make the rationaluse of scarce teaching resources, make the management more scientific, improveefficiency of the teachers, reducing the loss of human and material resources hasbecoming the focus of the management in teaching and the school.In this paper, in thebackground of the teaching management of the QHD Senior Technical School, to analyzeand summarizes development of the teaching management system and the maintechniques based on developing the teaching management system, and elaborate on thefeasibility of the system requirements and developing of the system.Above all, research the teaching management staff of the secondary vocationalinstitutions, analyzes the current situation of teaching management and the needs ofworkers in secondary vocational schools, and considering the development of teachingmanagement system at home and abroad to put forward the point of view of establishing ateaching management system as soon as possible which is suitable for school.Second, taking the teaching management of the QHD Senior Technical School as anexample, analyze the needs and feasibility, design system architecture and functionalmodules, clear workflow, and obtained the detailed design of the teaching managementsystem based on B/S mode.Again, according to the design of the teaching management system, using ASP.NETand SQL Server, achieve the functional of teaching information management, teacherinformation management, student record management, class management, curriculummanagement, test management, performance management, evaluation of management andrights management. Focus on achieving the results summary of business assessment ofteachers, sorting and other functions, in the teaching evaluation management module.
