This article's prime task is to construct the electric power customer service system of the power supply enterprise .The electric power customer service is the ligament with which the power supply enterprise joins the user and which plays a very important role in entire power supply enterprise.Because the system wiring is more and more complex day by day , the line and the customer distribute broadly, and the dynamic change are frequent, how we can serve the customer better and better is a subjuct which we are thinking about .The space data bank technology which the geographic information system uniquely have may combine the distribution network and the customer information with the graph information which reflecs geographical position, reflecting vividly the customer geographical position and enhancing the reflection speed and grade of service of the electric power customer service .Embarking from the electric power marketing department's practical application, the customer attribute information and the graph geography information become organic synthesis, realizing the multi-positions, multi-level spatial inquiry function such as the inquiry of assigning the statistical object, the fuzzy inquiry, the fixed way inquiry and so on.The service expansion is a core work of the electric power marketing department and before-sales service of the electric power customer.Based on the request of the service personnel, this system have designed the service expansion assistance decision-making module in detail, thus making the service personnel provide the preliminary power supply plan of related customer in the very short time for the customer reference.
