Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background,research significance and relevant research developments at home and abroad,and then combs the business process,analyzes the demand of the system,and determines the necessary functions of the system.Then,the overall design of the system,According to the demand analysis,the functional modules are divided into 7 parts: reporting function,fault repair,business consulting function,customer return visit,complaint function,and so on.The main functions of the system are as follows: system network,system database,system architecture,Information publishing management;and then use the AJAX development language and SQL SERVER 2008 database to achieve the various modules,and finally the performance and function of the system were tested.This paper analyzes each workflow in this system in detail,and sums up the system which is fit for the actual needs on the basis of the analysis;designs the general structure of the system which is suitable for the customer service of the power company and meets the hardware requirements,and analyzes the power customer service system network Functional structure,database and other functional structure design,the core function of the system structure of a reporting function,fault repair,business consulting functions,customer return visit,complaints function,information release management.At present,the system requirements analysis,network architecture,functional structure,database design have been completed,and the system function has been realized and tested.The application of the power customer service system researched and developed in this subject has fully utilized the resources of the power system,which basically meets the needs of the power company's customer service management and improves the overall information technology level of the power supply company.
