People’s social life is increasingly dependent on electricity, the existing service management model of Qujing City Power Supply Bureau has been unable to meet the needs of people’s lives. And in recent years, our country pay more attention to the power industry, power has become an important industry leading times, so Qujing Power Supply Bureau has great pressure on power marketing service management business,, and therefore work led industry faces, Qujing Power Supply Bureau needs improving their own business as well as providing better service for the user, so Qujing power Supply Bureau needs to design and implement a power marketing customer service management system to meet the needs of users of all sectors.According to the specific situation of Qujing Power Supply Bureau, the power marketing customer service management system connected with technologies that similar systems used, used J2EE architecture, struts, hibernate and other frameworks to design the system, and database design pattern used the relational database SQL SERVER 2012.The power marketing customer service management system of Qujing Power Supply Bureau mainly achieved business acceptance service, business processing service, comprehensive inquiry service, auxiliary function service, monitor function service, SMS service and basic information maintenance service. Monitor function achieved worksheet reassignment and seats assessment. Basic information maintenance achieved system setting, business category maintenance, business type maintenance, service category maintenance, review category maintenance, seats operation, reassignment reason maintenance, user category maintenance, business process information maintenance, SMS code and seat number maintenance.The establishment and use of Qujing power marketing customer service management system made automation of the power marketing reach to a mew stage, improving work efficiency and also making the service more humanized.
