EPCSC(Electric Power Client Service Center) is the interface of electric power users and the supply department. Its MIS need the support of CSCW and WFMS very much, but it is very different from the traditional ones. To solve the new problems in this system, we discuss such topics below:1. In terms of the characters of MIS and EPCSC, this paper propose a new way of workflow process definition based on Horn sub-clauses, which is also based on mathematical method , similar to the PETRI nets definition method .This new method denotes the workflow definition to the form of Horn sub-clauses, which embodies the mathematical advantages with respect to verifying integrity and the state of machine death. Because based on first-order logic, it is more instinctive than PETRI nets , including those using IDEFO ,and can be represented by the interface of natural language.2. This paper present non-modularized structure of tight coupling mode workflow control in this paper. We also illustrate the available areas and the application in electric power client service center.3. This paper introduce an database supporting technological scheme to carry out non-modularized WFMS workflow control , which aims to store rules and conduct execution.4. A practical scheme about maximal time control and maximal accomplished time in workflow management systems is presented in this paper. The aim of solving maximal time control is to monitor the accomplished efficiency of every step of the tasks in the process of workflow management. The thought of solving the problem is to find out the key road and control the every step of the key road within minimal time. Then considering discussed above as criteria, we can make sure the maximal time of other roads . The maximal time control and maximal accomplished time are crucial contents of the workflow management. A series of more efficient techniques are employed which can approach the optimal case in efficiency.5. This paper present the workflow dependency model based on recovery, which is extended for the potential problems on workflow process definition online dynamic modification. This model provides global recovery strategy and local recovery strategy ,and describes the advantages of the two strategies. The scheme is the important basis of electric power client service center workflow management by providing partial solution for workflow dynamic modeling .6. We present an approach of harmonizing multi-roles in electric power client service center WFMS. We also describe the distinction between the CSCW in multi-roles system and other common systems ,and introduce a model on the basis...
