With the rapid development of technology and the globalization of the world economy, the rule of traditional business has been changed mostly caused by the popularization of the Internet. The competition among enterprises is becoming harder. Enterprises must take innovation including the production, marketing, the inner management to adapt the change of environment. The serve pattern of the HRM department is developing day by day, technology is the power of this development. MIS (Management Information System) is a kind of product combining enterprise management with database technique. HRMIS (Human Resource MIS) is an important part of MIS in modern enterprise.E-HR,what means Electronic Human Resource, is a technical network serving human resource and a human resource management information system based on internet, which combines most updated software with high speed hardware, managed by professional workers in a service center. E-HR is a choice drove by the wishes for decrease cost, improve efficiency, and promote the pattern of employee service. E-HR project is a new form in the informationization of enterprise human resource management.Currently, how to use the latest Internet programming technology to build reliable and efficient human resource management solutions industry has become the computer industry the hot issues. Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 is just one of such techniques, which was released by Microsoft Corporation. As a part of Microsoft .NET strategy, it is a perfect aggregation of programming language and development tools, and can be used to construct new generation applications for network and desktop. It is very easy to create a new efficient and distributed resolution for the human resource management by utilizing the powerful functions of class library in .NET Framework, the perfect IDE (Integration Development Environment) ,the flexible and abundant programming languages, and the corresponding database technique in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003. For the actual needs,with the research and development at the forefront of technology and implementation of ideas of current E-HR,in this paper I designed and developed the human resources management system.This paper mainly researches how to build the new generation management platform for E-HR by utilizing .NET technique, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and ORM (Object Role Modeling) .
