Design And Implementation Of Embedded Hardware Of The Monitoring Measure System

With the development of the embedded technology, multimedia and network technology, the monitoring measure systems have made considerable progress in the longer-range monitoring, the digital information transmission and intelligent small equipment. Meanwhile, the complexity of monitoring targets of the monitoring measure system decides that it is required the diversity of capturing the monitoring information and the accuracy and stability of the system.This design is a new remote monitoring measure system based on DSP. This system integrates Internet technology, the traditional monitoring technology, and digital video technology. It connects monitor sensors of the modern production facilities and video surveillance equipment into the system at the same time, then completing the data collection and processing. It also realizes the monitor resources and data of the network share through its own Ethernet access.The needs of the system, studies and compares some mature solutions are analyzed in this paper, then TI's TMS320DM642 DSP is chosen as the core for the completion of the monitoring measure system design. In view of the complex system, the paper also gives a detailed presentation of how to complete the demarcation of the various functional modules, describes the design methods of each module concretely, and introduces characteristics of elements and their design attentions in detail. There also is the circuit diagram for each hardware module.This paper introduces the system software development environment and the specific development processes. And it gives the video module, A/D sampling module and the LCD module testing software OSS.
