Remote control system refers to a real-time monitoring system that employs computers to realize monitoring and controlling in the production process by networks. The traditional control network of industry is based on fieldbus. But the communication criterion of fieldbus is not unified; there are various communication criterions of fieldbus, so the instruments can't be compatible in different fieldbus control system. In addition, the fieldbus is in the stage of low speed, which can't satisfy the demand of high speed transmission. So the subject research of control system based on Ethernet, and applied to remote control system of inverter power supply successfully. The system has many advantages, so as high transmission rate, good reliability, easy maintain, remote transmission, mutual operation and so on.Firstly, the thesis tells us how to create the useful control network based on Ethernet, and details concrete realization and the key technology used in hardware and software of system. It focuses the study of communications between DSP as the microcontroller and monitoring server. It implements RS-232 or RS-485 network upgrade to Ethernet by embedded Ethernet-serial data conversion module ZNE-100T. This system realizes the control and the fault diagnosis for the models of inverter power supply through Ethernet.Secondly, the thesis dwells on the realization of communication of interactive data. Communication is the key problem to ensure the whole system working under normal condition. It adopts connection-oriented TCP transport layer protocol, Windows Socket technology and serialization technology to implement the high reliability and real-time communication, solved the problem of losing of some communicating data.Finally, the thesis introduces the software programming of monitoringserver in detail. It discusses the design of monitoring model and displaying model and so on. It solves the problem of the real-time curves flicker adopting the Class of CPlotBtn for real-time displaying. The implement of Web-control adopts cross-platform programming language Java with JavaBean and JavaApplet, including the design of a Web-based monitoring and control project, the real-time data dynamic exchange and research of real-time character. This system realizes the remote control and managing of real-time information.
