With the rapid evolvement of the technologies of computer, communication, and industry control, People hope our industry equipment can be more intelligent, the technology of industry remote control is the development trend, we hope we can control or control the equipment in the factory which far away from us. To realize the aim need control net more opening , more intercommunicating and more distracting ,but the technology of PLC net and CAN bus which widely used in factory have localization, they can not fit the new development of factory control net, fortunately the technology of Ethernet used in factory control appear. With the development of techniques, the embedded control chip become more cheap and more powerful, it can easily connect to internet and low price can easily be accepted, it make the technology of remote control based on embedded become focus recently.The paper focus on the technology of remote control in industry field, our background is a task of remote controlling round-net printer. In this paper we will mainly introduce the control server designer which use Motorola coldfire 5307 as CPU, how to design the memory interface, net interface and CAN bus card and so on will be mentioned, the OS of this control server is uClinux which is wholly used in micro-control field, how to transplant this OS and how to add application and how to finish a all-purpose embedded design system will appear in this paper. The server communication with client uses two modes: Ethernet and PPP port, this kind design can let the server work in more complex field. At the same time the paper discuss the theory of PPP dial-up communication and how to realize it in uClinux in detail, to let the embedded remote control server fit the demand of tomorrow we discuss two system designs: the C/S mode and the mode of B/S combine C/S.At the end we give a integrate design of remote control for round-net printer, by this technology we can make the equipments(PLCs or CAN bus modules) , engineers and managers as a net node of Ethernet, let all of them become more incorporate, the manager far away from equpmnet can communication with devices directly ,it change the manage mode from isolation and close to open and cooperate. Make enterprise management and communication more powerful.
