Reconfigurable technology based on FPGA using the reconfigurable characteristic of FPGA can sequentially realize different time-discrete logic functions by time division multiplex. The logic resource of FPGA system based on this technology not only has the advance, facile to design and easy to update like the generic MPU system, but also has the advance, high speed and excellent performance like ASIC system.In this paper, the principle, hardware/software-design and simulation-verifying-analysis are introduced under the brackground of analysis of international implementation approach and research status of reconfigurable technology. Here a four level BP frame is used as an example of system-math-model. In the design, all needed sub-models are constructed from top to bottom, based on the proved mathematic formula of BP net, and the entire chip is controlled by a top model. In the model training-process, the forward model, backward model and related control models are configured to the FPGA chip; while in the implement-process, only the forward model and related control models are needed to reconfig onto the FPGA chip, thus the artificial can be run accoding a clock signal at very high speed.The success of the design and simulation-verification-analysis provide reliable results to the development of on-line and independent reconfigurable reconfigurable technology of international general and special FPGA products.
