Research For Mode Of E-Government Data Centre Based On Digital Archives

With the development of the information and the network technology, theE-government construction has made certain achievements, but unbalanced regionaldevelopment and the phenomenon of emphasize "electronic" and ignore "governmentaffair" is still serious. Which mainly manifested in the administrative informationmanagement, because the traditional management mode gradually showed more andmore inadaptability with the development of the management technology. At thesame time, the excessive institutions separated the connection of historicale-government information and current e-government information. Aimed at fullyintegrating the e-government information and on the basis of the specific analysis, anew mode—e-government data center based on digital archives was put forward inthis essay, and it was used in the comprehensive management of e-governmentinformation.The research of the mode of the e-government data center can link the work flowfrom two different department effectively, made the archives department fullyexerting the advantage of preserving a large number of historical e-governmentinformation and electronic record management through using the time of building thedigital archives. Meanwhile, the information center also exerting the advantage oftechnology. Thus the data center of government information is based on this twodepartment and they play their role together.The essay takes the mode of e-government information management as the mainresearch object, including five parts.
