File Services Research In The Context Of Open Government Information

With the information age's coming, the more perfect the construction of Chinese democracy and legislation is, the more urgent the aspirations of the citizens right to know are. The government is the largest owner of information, so government information Disclosure has become an inevitable trend. Archives is an important part of government information, and the Archives is one of the main sectors to disclosure the government information. This paper focus on the archives service under the background of government disclosure, and this is because the archives service plays an important role in the government information disclosure.This paper mainly discussed the relationship between government information disclosure and the archives service, and the research of tactics to the further archives service. Firstly, this paper discussed the meaning, theory and relevant principles and significance of government information disclosure, secondly, elaborated the history of Chinese archives service, and anaylsed the problems which Government information disclosure bring to the archives service. Thirdly, analyzed the relationship between government information disclosure and the archives service, and find out where the problems are, at last, proposed the tactics to improve the archives service to keep it develop continuously.
