The Research And Implement Of E-Government Based On PKI

The technology of E-Government is a new technology of computer application, which realizes the electronic governance and social service by the information technology and network technology. It is an important base to the innovation of the government system and the functions of the government. However, because of the open design of computer network, when people profit from the advantages brought by the E-Government, they have to confront the increasingly serious problem on information security. How to dispel the security and trust crisis in the E-Government building and developing, ensure management and service function of government effective, become an urgent problems in the way of E-Government popularization.Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is the most comprehensive technology in the information secure field. Meantime, a lot of new technology in PKI, such as architecture, algorithm, Key management, are appearing constantly. Our country is big country in the field of network. It is very necessary and very urgent to develop our own PKI technology. In view of this, this paper is devoted to the PKI and security application study in the E-Government filed.This disseration introduces some broadly used arithmetic in the world, analyzes the traits of the arithmetic, and discusses the functions of symmetrical arithmetic and asymmetric algorithm. In the paper, it the definiens, sorts and framework of certification are introduced, and the purpose of certification are discussed. Then we researches the function, standard and structure of PKI, discusses the traits of some security protocols in PKI, especially, in SSL (Secure Socket layer) protocol.After researching these theories, this dissertation puts forward the archirecturae schema and design idea of Wujiang city management bureau E-Government based on the authors'background. Based on this idea, this paper has two parts for designing. One is the design and implement of CA server. Another is identity authority. In the CA server, this paper puts forward its architecture; stuidies from function analyze to function implementent, designs the all authority modules using Java Servlet. In identity authority system, it uses the same study way, puts forth from the archirecturae of identity authority, studies the whole schema, analyzes and implements the user information module, data sychronication and identity authority system in deeply.
